At Gel Candle Depot, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We strive to create the highest quality candles possible! All of our candles are individually handmade and so no two candles are alike. You may notice differences from one candle to the next which gives each of our candles their unique appeal (this includes glass embed colors in our seascape and naturescape collection and also the color of the gel).

Current order processing time is 2-4 days, during holidays processing time may vary.
Shipping:
We offer both USPS and UPS. We try to insure that every package is packed securely so it will arrive to you without damage. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package please email us.
Product Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the products (at your cost) along with the reason of return and we will offer a refund or exchange (S&H additional) within 10 days of purchase. (this offer does not apply to candles that have been burned unless the candle was defective)
We will not be able to accept a return on a candle if you do not like the scent, please order it in a small size first, to test the fragrance. If items are damaged during shipping in transit back to us due to improper packaging, you will only be refunded for the items not damaged.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, no exceptions will be made.
